All home games will take place at the field located immediately south of the Okotoks Recreation Centre, 99 Milligan Dr, Okotoks, AB T1S 1C6.

FLRFC is currently planning for next season!

FLRFC senior programs will consist of the following teams:

• Senior Men (Div. 3), May - September; and
• Senior Women (Div. 1), May - August.

For adults, practices will be Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 - 8:00 pm at Wiley (OJHS) Athletic Field. Games will be Friday nights with an occasional Saturday.

FLRFC junior programs will offer the following teams:

• U18 men and women, July - August;
• U16 boys and girls, July - August;
• U15 boys and girls, May - June; and
• U13 boys and girls, May - June.

In addition, all junior age grades (U13 - U18) will play in Fall 7s competition late August through September.

Juniors will practice on Mondays and Thursdays from 6:30-8:00 pm.

Training for U16/U18 will be at Wiley (OJHS) Athletic Field and U13/U15 training will be at Big Rock School and Wylie Athletic Field.

FLRFC youth programs will offer the following teams:

• U11 co-ed (introduction to tackle); May - June;
• U9 co-ed (flag rugby);  May - June; and
• U7 co-ed (flag rugby); May - June.

All youth age grades (U7 - U11) will also play in the Fall 7s competition late August through September.

Youth teams will practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30-8:00 pm for U11 and 6:30-7:30 pm for U7/U9 at JPII Collegiate School.

Other planned events:

• July: Stampede 7s, Calgary, AB (Senior and U16/U18 men and women).

Training for all will start in early April, weather permitting.
