All home games will take place at the field located immediately south of the Okotoks Recreation Centre, 99 Milligan Dr, Okotoks, AB T1S 1C6.
For the 2022 season, FLRFC will compete in men's Division 3 (SA3) league play, women's Division 1 (WP1) league play, and a full complement of junior divisions.
For adults, practices will be Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 - 8:00 pm. Games will be Friday nights with an occasional Saturday.
YouthJuniors will practice on Mondays and Wednesdays, and youth (minis) will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Hi All,
This year, FLRFC will be running touch rugby for all members on Thursdays from 8:00pm - 10:00pm at the Calvary FC Field House (Aldersyde, AB).
Sessions will start on Thursday, November 17th, 2022 and run through to Thursday, March 2nd, 2023 (there is a three-week break at Christmas).
